How to Make Time for Everything

Tuesday 12th February 10am - 12.00

Location: Wincobank Village Hall, Sheffield, S9

Organised by: Rebecca Norton / Sense of Direction

Cost: £15

How many times have you said… *I wish I had more time to do xyz *I just don’t have the time *I feel like I’m always catching up *If only there was one more hour in the day / day in the week! We all have the same 24 hours in a day but how we use them can be incredibly different and can have a huge impact on how we feel. Do you feel overwhelmed? Resentful? Regretful? Guilty? Tired? How would you like to swap those feelings for being in control, feeling organised, calm, satisfied, excited? This workshop is about more than just time management. We’ll be looking at your beliefs around time, how you spend your time and identify what you actually want. You’ll leave the workshop feeling more in control and with more understanding of how to make time for everything you really want to!

How to book

Wincobank Village Hall is a superb venue that is easily accessible by public transport. It's just a few minutes from Junction 34 of the M1 and Meadowhall and there is free onsite parking.

Wonder Walk

Saturday 2nd February 1.30pm - 4.00pm

Location: Wharncliffe Wood, Sheffield

Organised by: Rebecca Norton / Sense of Direction

Cost: £5

Wonder Walks allow you to centre yourself, reconnect with the world around you and provide time to just be you. The added bonus is improved well-being through being active, connecting with other people and nature, taking notice and enjoying the outdoors. Walking stimulates creative thinking and allows us to untangle the daily thoughts that keep stirring round. Wharncliffe Wood is a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest) mixed woodland with views across the valley of Deepcar / Stocksbridge. There will be guided mindfulness exercises, friendly conversation and the chance to listen to the relaxing sounds of nature. The walk follows good paths throughout with some areas of rough terrain and one steady incline.

How to book

This is a circular walk that starts and finishes in Deepcar. Once you have booked you will receive more information about where to meet and what to bring.
