As a Life & Well-being Coach I empower people to live their life more fully and with purpose. I can help you identify what makes you tick, what’s important to you and work alongside you to create an action plan to implement positive changes. In addition to working with individuals on a one to one basis I also deliver workshops that provide practical steps to improve your life. Well-being is important to me and I find that walking is a great activity to enhance this. I offer free monthly Well-being Walks that are open to all – it’s an ideal way to meet me if you are considering working with me as a client; or simply an opportunity to get some fresh air and meet new people.
